What you will do

• Build and maintain programming schedules for live sports events, studio shows, replays, and other elements.
• Operate programming grids in broadcast traffic systems like Media+, Aleph, or Protheus.
• Insert and manage live events, promos, sponsorships, and commercial breaks.
• Coordinate real-time schedule adjustments during live broadcasts.
• Ensure EPG data delivery and reconcile schedules against As-Run logs.
• Collaborate with Programming, Operations, and Marketing teams on execution and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, Broadcasting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in TV programming or scheduling.
• Knowledge of traffic systems, EPG workflows, broadcast clocks, and As-Run logs.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• High organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle live-event pressure.
• Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports broadcasting.
• Experience with playout or traffic systems.
