What you will do

• Own and drive the Responsible Gaming strategy for Brazil, aligned with group direction and local needs
• Lead, support, and develop the Brazil RG team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong performance
• Oversee implementation of RG requirements, controls, policies, and processes
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvements in RG setup and drive remediation actions
• Act as key RG contact for senior local stakeholders and collaborate with Compliance, Commercial, Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, Data, and Legal teams
• Represent RG in cross-functional discussions, follow regulatory changes, and support tool rollouts and process enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus
• Strong relevant experience in Responsible Gaming, compliance, player protection, or related gaming roles
• Substantial people management or team leadership experience
• Strong online gaming industry experience
• Experience in the Brazilian market
• Exposure to the Brazilian regulatory environment
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
• Experience with regulatory implementation, process governance, and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
• Strong judgement, structure, ownership, and ability to operate in complex environments

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Kaizen-owned tools and systems
• Advanced technical or data tooling knowledge
• Experience dealing directly with regulators
