What you will do

• Provide logistics support including requisitioning, receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering goods.
• Process procurement requests up to competitive bidding and support higher-level procurements.
• Conduct market assessments, update vendor databases, and perform supplier due diligence.
• Supervise logistics officers in procurement, fleet, assets, and stock tasks.
• Maintain procurement trackers, records, and ensure compliance with NRC policies and donor requirements.
• Manage assets registry, tagging, and checks; support Agresso procurement module and other systems.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in Moldova required; no visa sponsorship.
• Experience as a Support Function Officer in humanitarian/recovery context.
• Previous experience in complex and volatile contexts; preferably in logistics with an INGO.
• Fluency in English and Romanian (written, speaking, reading).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably 2+ years in logistics.
• Proven coordination skills, proactive problem-solving, and timely information sharing.
