What you will do

• Deliver Candlelight events by following production materials and strictly adhering to scheduled timings.
• Handle artist liaison, vendor management, and venue briefing.
• Manage on-site logistics, including sound desk operations, microphone distribution, and directing soundchecks.
• Lead, brief, and support the event team to ensure high performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for the event, resolving customer queries and managing emergencies.
• Submit post-event reports and photographs to management for feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia for on-site event execution.
• Exceptional customer service and highly competent people management skills.
• Ability to remain assertive and measured in high-pressure environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, "can-do" attitude.
