What you will do

• Coordinate on-site logistics, production details, and event timings to deliver flagship Candlelight concerts.
• Manage artist liaison, sound checks, and audio equipment including vocal channels and aux music.
• Brief and manage vendors, venue staff, and internal event teams.
• Host events and act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
• Handle unforeseen circumstances and emergencies while providing post-event reports and feedback.

Requirements

• Must be located in Bandung, Indonesia.
• Exceptional customer service and high competency in people management.
• Ability to remain assertive and measured in high-pressure environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, proactive attitude.
• Experience in event management (2+ years preferred).
