What you will do
- Lead clinical strategy and market development for new product launches in Japan.
- Build and scale a high-quality prescriber network, including screening and onboarding processes.
- Establish clinical governance frameworks and protocols aligned with Japanese healthcare regulations.
- Monitor clinical performance through audits and data analysis to implement quality improvements.
- Act as the primary clinical subject matter expert for the Japan market across all internal functions.
- Build relationships with regulatory bodies, clinical associations, and healthcare stakeholders in Japan.
Requirements
- Licensed healthcare professional in Japan (e.g., physician, pharmacist, or allied health professional).
- Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese healthcare system, regulations, and prescribing practices.
- Experience in clinical operations, digital health, or healthcare strategy.
- Proven ability to build and scale teams or processes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for collaborating with local and global teams.
