What you will do

• Lead clinical strategy and market development for new product launches in Japan.
• Build and scale a high-quality prescriber network, including screening and onboarding processes.
• Establish clinical governance frameworks and protocols aligned with Japanese healthcare regulations.
• Monitor clinical performance through audits and data analysis to implement quality improvements.
• Act as the primary clinical subject matter expert for the Japan market across all internal functions.
• Build relationships with regulatory bodies, clinical associations, and healthcare stakeholders in Japan.

Requirements

• Licensed healthcare professional in Japan (e.g., physician, pharmacist, or allied health professional).
• Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.
