What you will do

• Manage the GCX project portfolio to alihirify.global with Global Operations and company objectives.
• Oversee and track portfolio projects, ensuring alihirify.globalment on deliverables and resources through prioritization and reviews.
• Act as the primary liaison between GCX and the Global Operations Strategy Office to ensure effective coordination.
• Mature portfolio and project management practices to ensure scalable and customer-centric solutions.
• Lead selected cross-functional projects from scoping and planning through to delivery and results.
• Coordinate change management activities and communication for key initiatives within GCX and Global Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in project and portfolio management within customer-centric, operations-intensive environments.
• Certification in established project and portfolio management frameworks and methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in international stakeholder management across corporate and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, MS Planner, Jira, or Asana.
