Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Employment Type: Full-time, office-based (new role in a growing company)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Limassol. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of accounting processes in a company operating in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accounting and tax records for residential and commercial property rentals
Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax reports
Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate or related sectors)
Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of Russian is not required but considered an advantage
Strong knowledge of Cypriot accounting and tax legislation, including VAT
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Valid work permit or Cyprus/EU citizenship is required
