End User Technology Agent

What you will do

• Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, telephony, video conferencing, and meeting rooms including building, repairing, and deploying hardware.
• Deliver L2/L3 support to the Service Desk for end-user technology issues and Windows 365 infrastructure.
• Manage IT asset inventory, handle equipment for new starters and leavers, and perform network cabling/patching.
• Act as hands-and-eyes support for remote teams, assist with office moves/setups, and work with vendors on IT solutions.
• Communicate progress to users, escalate issues, report risks, and research/implement new systems for efficiency.

Requirements

• University degree (BAC+2/3) in IT or equivalent, plus 4-6+ years in IT support/operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS technologies: Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 365, Windows 10/11.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, documentation/SOPs, problem-solving, and customer-facing support.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Customer focus, interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to work independently.
