What you will do

• Lead integration and separation programmes from planning through execution, aligning with deal objectives
• Partner with CFOs and leadership to drive decision-making and programme momentum
• Develop execution plans including Day 1 readiness, stabilisation, and transformation milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (finance, technology, operations, HR, commercial)
• Establish governance, reporting, and tracking for progress, risks, and dependencies
• Oversee Transition Service Agreements and support organisational change

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering integrations, separations, or large-scale transformations in M&A
• Strong understanding of finance, systems, and operational processes
• Experience in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Familiarity with programme governance, PMO structures, and delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication skills

• Background in consulting, advisory, or corporate transformation
• Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related
• Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, PMP, Prince2)
