Corporate Finance Manager

TL;DR

Corporate Finance Manager (M&A): Work on end-to-end M&A, debt advisory, and strategic finance projects with an accent on leading buy & sell side transactions, financial modelling, valuations, and commercial insights. Focus on client management throughout the deal lifecycle, mentoring juniors, and business development.

Irish and UK markets. Experience in the Irish and/or UK market essential.

Salary €60,000 - €75,000 per annum

What you will do

• Work on corporate finance projects including M&A, debt advisory, and financial management
• Lead M&A transactions and advisory engagements on buy and sell sides
• Deliver financial modelling, valuations, and commercial insights
• Act as key point of contact for clients throughout the deal lifecycle
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to high-performing team
• Support business development and build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)
• 4-6 years post-qualified experience
• Background in corporate finance or strong audit experience with deal exposure
• Experience in the Irish and/or UK market (essential)
• Proven financial modelling and analytical capability
• Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
