Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated SAP FSM Consultant to work on the implementation and optimization of SAP Field Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and configuring SAP FSM solutions to meet business needs and improve field service operations.

✅Responsibilities:

Lead and support the implementation of SAP FSM solutions for clients.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into SAP FSM configurations.
Provide guidance on best practices for service management processes.
Configure and customize SAP FSM modules to meet specific business requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM).
Provide user training and support post-implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FSM functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FSM features and enhancements.

❗️Requirements:

Proven experience with SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM) implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, and other related SAP solutions.
Experience in managing the full project lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, testing, and go-live).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
SAP FSM Certification is a plus.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
