What you will do
- Define the implementation vision and end-to-end strategy for Category 1 enterprise engagements.
- Serve as the principal owner for strategic projects, overseeing delivery from kickoff through adoption.
- Act as the primary executive liaison for client stakeholders, leading strategic planning and executive briefings.
- Translate complex operational workflows and enterprise objectives into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Orchestrate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to meet strategic objectives.
- Synthesize insights from implementations into internal playbooks and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in title, escrow, or real estate operations, including leadership of enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Proven success architecting and leading multi-year, multi-stakeholder projects with high technical complexity.
- Deep knowledge of title production systems and adjacent technology stacks.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into clarity and influence outcomes at the executive level.
