AI Automation Engineer (Junior/Middle)

Location: Ha Noi, Vietnam (hybrid: two remote days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday)

What you will do

• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate automation development and experiment with solutions for log analysis, automation generation, and diagnostics.
• Partner with game teams, LiveOps, and platform engineers to identify pain points and implement automation, tools, and frameworks that reduce manual effort.
• Improve workflows in LiveOps, configuration, QA, and operational support; standardize tooling across games for consistency and scalability.
• Enhance monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational visibility; develop tooling for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with central DevOps team on automation aligning with deployment pipelines and platform standards.

Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English
• 2-3 years experience in software engineering, automation, or developer tooling
• Experience building tools, scripts, or productivity utilities for engineers
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenCode, LangChain, Codex, Devin)
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows
• Strong scripting/programming skills in at least one of: C#, Java, Python, TypeScript

Nice to have

• Exposure to monitoring, logging, or operational diagnostics tooling
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems or build pipelines
• Experience working on live products or operational systems
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts
