TL;DR

Location: Based in Austin, TX, with the ability to work in the office a minimum of two days per week

What you will do

  • Develop mid-market accounts into high-value customers and strong brand advocates.
  • Lead complex software implementations for top-tier accounts.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to build strong client relationships from the start.
  • Design processes, structures, and tools to effectively scale account management.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and technical support to managed accounts.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to expand customer value and improve user experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management (CSM) or the Title & Escrow industry.
  • Proven ability to own, delight, and grow top customer relationships.
  • Skilled in driving value and retention through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to articulate the company's value proposition.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX, with the ability to work in the office at least two days per week.
