What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable React Native infrastructure for mobile app development and deployment.
• Lead implementations in Mobx, geolocation/geofencing, WebView, encryption, backend-mobile interfaces, media compression, Code Push, and performance optimization.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for iOS, Android, and React Native, automating builds, testing, and deployments.
• Design mobile architecture for native Swift/Kotlin and React Native, improving performance, scalability, and security.
• Own mobile release lifecycle, versioning, and rollout strategies, collaborating with QA, developers, product, DevOps, and design teams.
• Implement monitoring tools, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years in native mobile development (iOS: Swift; Android: Kotlin).
• Experience with mobile app distribution via App Store and Google Play.
• 2+ years with React Native.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven leadership in architectural discussions, mentoring, and communication skills.
