What you will do

  • Own mobile infrastructure end-to-end including architecture, tooling, and reliability across React Native and native iOS/Android.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering high standards and collaboration.
  • Design and build scalable infrastructure for development and deployment.
  • Implement key areas like state management (MobX), geolocation, WebView, encryption, backend communication, and performance optimization.
  • Evolve CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
  • Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps as the main point of contact for mobile infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of mobile development experience (Swift and/or Kotlin).
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience with React Native.
  • Strong background in mobile architecture and infrastructure.
  • Experience with CI/CD and release management.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects and drive architectural decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Fastlane & Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with backend APIs (e.g., Python REST).
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
