Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive paint spraying is highly desirable.
• Foundation in engineering or experience within automotive/manufacturing.
• Valid and immediate eligibility to work full time in the UK.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliability and the ability to communicate effectively within the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with composite lay-up and reparation.
• Skills in diagnostics or mechanical vehicle repair.
• Experience in bare metal repair.
