What you will do

• Produce high-quality copy for client communications, campaigns, web, and social media.
• Develop and maintain a distinctive, human-first brand voice across all touchpoints.
• Translate complex product features and market context into engaging narratives.
• Create and refine writing guidelines and tone-of-voice playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product and International Marketing teams to adapt content for different audiences.
• Utilize AI tools for drafting while maintaining high editorial judgment and original voice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in writing, journalism, or copywriting, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range and the ability to make complex topics accessible.
• Journalistic background with skills in research and structuring arguments.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Location: Must be based in Stockholm
