What you will do

• Support month-end and year-end close activities according to IFRS and internal accounting policies.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Manage and reconcile selected balance sheet accounts to provide detailed analysis.
• Assist in the forecasting process and the development of annual operating budgets for the assigned region.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports providing insights into financial performance.
• Identify and implement strategies for cost savings and process efficiencies to balance EBIT and revenue growth.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 1+ year of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of business planning techniques and tools for forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across diverse groups and different countries.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for a hybrid work arrangement.
