What you will do

• Define and implement the studio's design philosophy and quality standards for gameplay, UX, and balancing.
• Shape and evolve the design organization by mentoring talent and developing designers' professional capabilities.
• Lead early-stage concept exploration and validate ideas for scalable production.
• Resolve complex design problems and unblock teams across various projects to raise overall quality.
• Establish scalable processes, workflows, and best practices across multiple projects and collaborations.
• Collaborate with producers and studio leadership to align design goals with long-term business ambitions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within game design.
• Expertise in gameplay, UX, and balancing for cross-platform titles.
• Ability to build and manage a professional design organization from the ground up.
• Experience in Live Ops and sustaining long-term game performance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Yogyakarta office (Hybrid)
