Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland (Office-First)

Salary: 23,700 – 37,455 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Develop and integrate shared audio solutions across multiple game projects.
• Design innovative audio features tailored to gameplay and narrative for titles like The Witcher and Cyberpunk.
• Maintain and optimize existing systems within Red Engine and Unreal Engine to ensure performance.
• Collaborate with sound designers to streamline audio implementation workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless audio integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in game development or relevant programming roles.
• Proficiency in C++ and experience designing scalable code systems.
• Hands-on experience working with Unreal Engine.
• Familiarity with at least one audio middleware tool (e.g., Wwise, FMOD).
• Ability to work effectively with creative and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Open to relocating to Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping a AAA title.
• Experience developing for PC or game consoles.
