What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end creation of animation, video, illustrations, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into creative concepts, storyboards, and mock-ups.
• Produce and refine high-quality multimedia assets using professional design and animation tools.
• Develop original artwork and animations that enhance brand storytelling and product understanding.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and cross-functional teams to meet strategic and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deliverables in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in multimedia design or animation, preferably in an agency or digital brand.
• Proven expertise in creating animation videos and dynamic content from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, and AI-assisted design tools.
• Must be located in the Philippines.
