What you will do

• Manage the entire design lifecycle from conceptual wireframes and UX strategy to high-fidelity UI and final delivery.
• Translate complex social and competitive mechanics into intuitive, gamified user flows to drive retention.
• Design high-stakes features including multi-participant video feeds, live voting systems, and real-time social engagement tools.
• Own the visual language and art direction to ensure a high-impact UI that stands out in the social media landscape.
• Proactively integrate AI tools and Figma plugins to optimize the design process and accelerate iteration.
• Partner with PM and Development teams to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level UI/UX experience for high-scale B2C products.
• Proven expertise in designing complex mobile applications.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma.
• Practical experience using AI tools to streamline design workflows and production efficiency.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and take full responsibility for the product's design vision.

Nice to have

• Background in Social, Fintech, or Entertainment industries.
• Proficiency in motion design using After Effects, Rive, or Lottie.
