What you will do

• Conduct flight training duties in accordance with the job description and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare courseware and training materials, including theoretical exams, to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client and student progress and develop remedial action plans for those not meeting standards.
• Recommend and implement improvements to SOPs, documentation, and training materials.
• Participate in Progress, Academic, and Disciplinary Review Boards to provide recommendations on trainee issues.

Requirements

• Hold or have held the type rating for A320 aircraft.
• Minimum 2000 hours pilot-in-command (PIC) on multi-crew jet transport or 1000 hours PIC on A320.
• ICAO-recognized ATPL/CPL/MPL with minimum ICAO English level 5.
• Hold or have held a Flight Instructor Rating or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of civil aviation regulations governing flight training.
• Must be located in or able to work in Seoul.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Flight Simulator Instructor or Type Rating Instructor.
• Previous experience in Airline or ATO training.
