Senior Automation QA Engineer
Company: international fintech/trading company building Order/Profile Management System
💰 Compensation: $5,000–6,000 net
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (full-time), remote possible within UTC+2–UTC+6
💡 Role goal:
Take ownership of building the testing layer for a trading system at the MVP stage and define how quality is handled across services
🎯 Responsibilities:
First QA in the team. You will:
– define testing strategy
– establish automation from the ground up
– verify trading logic and cross-service behaviour
Focus areas:
execution accuracy, order lifecycle, pricing
💼 What we are looking for:
Senior-level experience in test automation;
Experience building frameworks from scratch;
Strong background in distributed systems and message-based architectures;
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript; Hands-on with CI/CD and test environments;
Fintech/trading experience is a plus
