What you will do

• Evaluate and edit AI-generated translations to ensure fluency and grammatical accuracy.
• Translate content between Chinese and English in both directions.
• Annotate model errors and provide detailed cultural or contextual explanations.
• Challenge the AI model using idiomatic expressions, ambiguous phrases, and varying tones.
• Suggest improvements to prompts, evaluation methods, and overall model behavior.

Requirements

• Strong command of both Chinese and English.
• Background in professional translation, linguistics, localization, or language education.
• Ability to articulate translation decisions and provide reflective communication.
• Must provide a secure computer and high-speed internet.
• Experience with technical, literary, or media translation is highly preferred.
