What you will do

  • Own end-to-end insight delivery for market, consumer, and category intelligence in China.
  • Translate data and research into actionable recommendations for brand and commercial teams.
  • Lead consumer insight projects from research design and questionnaire development to final synthesis.
  • Integrate various data sources, including retail, e-commerce, and internal CRM data, into decision-ready insights.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce teams to support innovation, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Manage research agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality outputs and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5–8 years of experience in CMI, market research, or consulting within the FMCG or beauty industry.
  • Solid experience in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
  • Strong ability to synthesize insights across multiple data sources.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese for high-level deck building and presentations.
