Coding Specialist (AI Trainer)

Location: Brazil; remote

Salary: $8–$65 per hour, with the final rate based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Converse with AI models about software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Evaluate logical accuracy, coding fluency, and the naturalness and correctness of Portuguese usage.
• Test algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming topics.
• Challenge models on asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, and distributed-system debugging.
• Document reproducible error traces and failure modes.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese (Brazil) is required.
• Strong coding expertise across algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate reasoning step by step.
• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field is ideal.
• Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Portuguese, or open-source contributions are relevant indicators of fit.
