Product Designer (SaaS)

Compensation Range: €18K - €30K

What you will do

• Translate user needs and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and simple prototypes.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers during the design and delivery phases.
• Support user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Contribute to and maintain a shared design system in Figma.
• Apply UX best practices to balance usability, business goals, and technical constraints.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in UX Design.
• Relevant degree in UX/UI, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or an equivalent portfolio.
• Experience creating basic UX artifacts such as flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for web applications.
• Exposure to user research methods (interviews, usability testing).
• Experience collaborating with product or engineering teams.
• Exposure to AI-enabled design tools (e.g., Lovable).
