What you will do

• Administer the global Project Management tool, providing user support and performing basic configuration updates.
• Gather, clarify, and document requirements for project, resource, and financial management processes.
• Create innovative reports and dashboards to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and support the featured roadmap based on stakeholder input.
• Coordinate with technical teams to track action items, clarify requirements, and validate functionality.
• Support scripting testing, UAT coordination, and create training guides and release notes.

Requirements

• BS degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• English proficiency.
• 1 year of experience with SQL (basic queries) and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in XML and Java for writing and modifying basic scripts.
• Experience with analysis/modeling techniques including process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Understanding of business systems access concepts (users, roles, and permissions).
