What you will do
- Partner with Sales and GTM: join customer engagements, unblock technical teams, support deals involving Dev Mode, design systems, and Figma API
- Own JAPAC technical presence: lead field events, activations, and developer outreach
- Build production-quality demos, prototypes, and tools reflecting real team workflows
- Create technical content: guides, code samples, narratives for developer adoption
- Influence product: deliver structured feedback from customers and community
- Bridge design and dev: operationalize workflows with design systems and tooling
Requirements
- 5+ years technical front-end knowledge (committing code to production)
- English fluency (ideally + another language)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating technical content and delivering talks
- Experience in product development workflows, especially with design teams
- Background in growth SaaS business
Nice to have
- Design experience
- Knowledge of design systems workflows
- Experience developing Figma plugins
