What you will do

• Review client documents to fulfill KYC requirements.
• Communicate with clients to request and collect necessary validation documents.
• Handle account verification requests via email.
• Maintain and follow internal procedures to ensure high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the Compliance department and other internal teams.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism in all client dealings.

Requirements

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Valid work permit for Belize.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of computer literacy.
