What you will do

• Define and maintain product vision, success metrics, and business objectives aligned with strategic goals.
• Own day-to-day product decisions, translate strategy into roadmap, epics, and releases.
• Make scope decisions considering user impact, feasibility, risks, budget, and timelines.
• Engage stakeholders, track KPIs, refine product direction, and ensure backlog readiness.
• Drive alignment, lead sprint reviews, oversee release planning, and monitor adoption.
• Manage risks, dependencies, compliance, and promote agile practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a System Analyst for 2+ years
• Strong understanding of product vision and ability to manage dependencies.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, REST APIs, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with modeling tools: UML, BPMN, Camunda, Draw.io.
• Strong communication, proactivity, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Git.
• English from Upper-Intermediate and above
