What you will do

• Analyze datasets from digital marketing campaigns, web traffic, email, and app engagement to measure success including A/B testing and retention.
• Create and optimize data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau for performance, trending, and benchmarking.
• Manipulate data with SQL and Excel, automate reporting, and build scalable self-service solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align analysis with business objectives and present insights to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify improvements and provide data-driven recommendations for marketing effectiveness.
• Support time-critical analyses and become a subject matter expert in assigned areas.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of equivalent work experience accessing databases.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting, advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient creating, maintaining, and optimizing data visualization dashboards.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Degree in Statistics, Business, or equivalent experience.
