What you will do

• Manage and process purchase orders for indirect goods and services up to $100,000, ensuring accuracy in pricing and lead times.
• Track, monitor, and expedite deliveries to prevent production disruptions.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships, resolving quality issues and order discrepancies.
• Identify new suppliers to drive cost savings and strengthen supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and finance teams to align procurement with demand.
• Provide reporting and data support for global procurement projects and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor university degree.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP etc.) and procurement software.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in performance tracking.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of materials planning and vendor management.
• Fluent in English.
