TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) (iGaming): Designing and owning the end-to-end user experience for B2C mobile-first game hubs and B2B publisher platforms with an accent on mobile web interfaces and complex admin tooling. Focus on transforming ambiguous briefs into high-fidelity prototypes, building scalable design systems, and ensuring production-level quality.

Location: On-site in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

  • Own the full design cycle from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and production handoff.
  • Design mobile-first B2C entertainment experiences (Game Hubs) and power-user B2B tools (dashboards, CMS, editors).
  • Create rapid interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted workflows to align stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the foundations of the design system, including components, tokens, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to ensure high implementation quality through production reviews.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped mobile web products.
  • Proven ability to design for both B2C engagement and complex B2B workflows.
  • Expertise in mobile-first UI/UX, responsive layouts, and mobile interaction patterns.
  • Proficiency in Figma, advanced prototyping, and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Experience in gaming, game dev, or iGaming domains.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Belgrade.

  • Intuition for mobile game UI and monetization patterns.
  • Experience with analytics-style views and complex admin panels.
