What you will do

• Conduct market research, track valuation trends, and scout M&A opportunities to enhance competitive positions.
• Build business cases, perform valuations, analyze risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead M&A processes including sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, closing, and initial post-merger integration.
• Establish networks, engage targets, and manage consultant teams.
• Prepare presentations, memos, teasers, and support transaction documents.
• Advise management and ensure compliance with processes.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Kyiv, Ukraine
• 3+ years in energy projects, investment banking, private equity, M&A consulting, or venture capital.
• Strong quantitative skills, cash flow modeling, valuation, and accounting knowledge.
• Solid project management with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English
