What you will do

• Write and maintain developer documentation using Docusaurus (Markdown-based) including guides, API docs, architecture explanations, and integration tutorials.
• Maintain and improve documentation infrastructure, organize the portal for better navigation and discoverability, and configure Algolia search.
• Manage documentation localization workflows using Crowdin and ensure docs stay up to date with platform evolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather info, clarify topics, and standardize technical terminology and practices.
• Improve AI-powered documentation assistant by refining prompts, tuning knowledge sources, and structuring content for accurate responses.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Writer working with developer-facing documentation.
• Strong experience writing documentation in Markdown/MDX.
• Excellent written English.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and explain them clearly.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted writing and coding tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot).

Nice to have

• Background in fintech or game development with domain-specific terminology.
• Experience building or maintaining developer documentation portals.
• Familiarity with tools like Docusaurus, GitBook, MkDocs, Notion, Confluence.
• Basic understanding of APIs, developer workflows, CSS, React/JSX, JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows and end-to-end testing tools like Playwright.
