What you will do

• Develop end-to-end GenAI applications such as chatbots and voicebots, including data ingestion and retrieval layers.
• Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and evaluation frameworks for robustness.
• Execute model selection and fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT) for text, code, and multimodal models.
• Integrate and optimize LLM interactions with external tools and APIs using Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors.
• Translate complex business problems into technical goals and audit data feasibility.
• Support overall project delivery and technical implementation.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of deep learning concepts and Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on NLP.
• Fluency in Python and object-oriented programming, along with working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini).
• Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms and vector databases.
• Experience with microservice architectures and professional code repositories.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Databricks.
• Proven commercial track record in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision projects.
