What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s Instagram @hirify.global_tech and Facebook page from strategy to execution
• Create content including posts, Reels, stories, and scripts with PR manager and designer
• Track performance, analyze audience reactions, and optimize content
• Spot trends early and adapt them to produce viral-worthy brand content
• Collaborate with comms team to identify insights, ideas, and stories for sharing

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM or content creation
• English at least Intermediate+
• Strong writing skills — simple, engaging, and structured
• Understanding of SMM tools, content formats, and metrics
• Curiosity for trends and love for testing new ideas

Nice to have

• Experience in shooting and editing Reels
• Hands-on with Meta Ads
• Basic marketing knowledge and awareness of key social metrics
• Previous SMM experience in a tech company
