What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptops and computers.
• Install, modify, repair hardware and software components.
• Plan, install, configure, and support Windows OS and vendor hardware (PCs/notebooks).
• Provide L1 and L2 support to clients remotely and on-site.
• Conduct daily operations, maintenance, and upgrades of infrastructure.
• Monitor installations, warranty orders, and respond to technical inquiries.

Requirements

• University or college degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years of IT experience with emphasis on Windows platforms.
• Hands-on experience with laptops and computers.
• Basic networking/routing skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP (advantage).
