What you will do
- Formulate and execute customer acquisition strategies for payload and data services.
- Conduct market research and company analysis to define target markets and competitive advantages.
- Manage bid proposals and conclude contracts with B2B and government customers.
- Coordinate program issues across internal divisions and with external supporting corporations.
- Manage SBIR subsidy invoicing and fund management in coordination with government agencies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in program management or business planning.
- Background in aerospace, high-tech, or related industries.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including private companies and public organizations.
- Proven track record in B2B or government sales and contract negotiation.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency (essential for government liaison).
- Conversational English proficiency for working with multinational teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in commercial space transportation or lunar business.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Technical knowledge in aerospace, mechanical, or systems engineering.
- Experience with JAXA, NASA, or ESA government contracts.
- Background in startups, new business launching, and fundraising.
