• Develop and execute talent marketing strategies to build a steady pipeline of top-tier candidates.
• Design and optimize end-to-end nurturing and promotional campaigns to attract passive talent.
• Transform employees into brand ambassadors and scale the internal referral engine.
• Lead high-impact hiring events and grow strategic talent communities and partnerships.
• Utilize data and insights to measure and optimize campaigns, funnels, and overall engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or general marketing and communications.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, high-conversion content.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (B2/Upper-Intermediate+).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shifting priorities.
• Keen interest in current cultural trends, marketing innovations, and community building.
