What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Manage Azure Active Directory for user provisioning, access controls, and security policies.
• Handle user account management, password resets, service requests, and incidents promptly.
• Perform system updates, patches, software installations, and IT asset inventory management.
• Support remote employees with VPN, cloud systems, and remote desktop troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on IT projects, upgrades, and Azure-based implementations while providing user training on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration, including Azure AD, VMs, and cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, networking protocols, and cybersecurity practices.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL frameworks; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
