This role focuses on building and managing social media channels, creating structured content plans, and driving consistent growth across our social media channels.

🔥Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media channels
- Create monthly content plans, define content pillars and posting schedules
- Coordinate content production and execution
- Manage all communication across social media channels
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Monitor performance and analytics
- Optimize content based on engagement and reach, recommend improvements

✨Requirements
- Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory.
- Russian language is a strong advantage
- Proven experience managing social media accounts -Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Understanding of social media algorithms and growth mechanics
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset
