Microsoft Licensing and Partner Program Specialist (SaaS): Acting as subject matter expert on Microsoft licensing and partner programs, ensuring 100% accuracy in customer/partner data, pricing, eligibility, and incentives with an accent on monitoring program updates and their impacts. Location: Riga, Latvia or Remote (EMEA time zone), work from anywhere in the world

What you will do

  • Maintain 100% accuracy in customer/partner data for Microsoft programs, including pricing, eligibility, combinations, and incentive structures.
  • Develop deep expertise on Microsoft partner programs, documentation, specializations, and changes.
  • Monitor Microsoft communications, news, and updates to assess impacts on hirify.global, resellers, and customers.
  • Keep Microsoft-related documentation and knowledge up-to-date and accessible using AI and knowledge management tools.
  • Proactively communicate changes, guidance, and announcements to internal teams, resellers, and customers.
  • Pursue and claim all eligible Microsoft funds and incentives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft licensing, partner programs, or cloud commerce in CSP, distributor, ISV, or MSP.
  • Proven experience managing customer/partner data with zero-tolerance for errors, including pricing, eligibility, incentives, compliance.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Partner Programs: CSP (Direct/Indirect), incentives, rebates, specializations, eligibility rules.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft product portfolios, pricing models, licensing combinations, program dependencies.
  • Ability to interpret complex Microsoft documentation, policies, and frequent changes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for 100% accuracy in registrations, licensing data, records.
  • Comfortable with AI-powered tools, knowledge management, automation for organizing information.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for program changes, announcements, guidelines.
