Senior Backend Engineer (Core Platform & Data Infrastructure)
Salary: $4,000 – $6000 gross/month
Location: Remote (Worldwide)

We are building a high-load data platform and need a strong Backend Engineer to design the core infrastructure, manage data pipelines, and ensure system reliability.

Tech Stack & Requirements:
• Languages: Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot) AND Python.
• Databases: Deep experience with PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB, ClickHouse, Redis.
• Storage & Pipelines: AWS S3, Apache NiFi (building ETL/ELT pipelines).
• Visualization: Experience with Apache Superset (building dashboards).
• API: FastAPI (for Python microservices).
• Frontend (Nice-to-have): Vue.js (for internal tools/admin panels).
• Architecture: Microservices, High Availability, Scalability patterns.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable data storage solutions (SQL + NoSQL + Time-series).
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines using Apache NiFi.
• Develop high-performance APIs using Spring Boot and FastAPI.
• Ensure data consistency, backup strategies, and disaster recovery.
• Create internal analytics dashboards with Apache Superset.
• Optimize database queries and system performance under high load.
