What you will do

• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and overall performance management.
• Support financial closing activities and prepare profit and loss reports for the German headquarters.
• Analyze production and logistics activities to propose improvement measures to management.
• Optimize operational efficiency and maintain healthy cash flow through variance interpretation.
• Improve the efficiency of controlling operations using SAP.
• Provide data-driven insights to various departments to drive business operations forward.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in cost control within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Japanese, including reading and writing kanji.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• High school diploma or above.
• Location: Must be based in Numazu-shi, Japan.
