What you will do

• Perform machine setups, operate multiple machines, and adjust parameters for optimal performance.
• Conduct initial, intermediate, and final inspections, document quality assurance, and identify defects.
• Maintain equipment through daily TPM and 5S activities, collaborate on troubleshooting with maintenance.
• Manage materials, ensure smooth production flow, and supervise workers for safety and quality.
• Train and mentor operators, program devices for new products, and contribute to improvement projects.
• Record data, follow drawings and instructions, and handle additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education (3-year program).
• 2–5 years of operational experience in machining or production.
• English: A1 (basic level).
• Independence, proactivity, basic problem-solving, and computer literacy.
• Teamwork ability, high motivation, and understanding of relevant technologies.
